Since you’re checking out our website, chances are you’re already listening to County Radio programming. We hope you like what you’re hearing.

One of the top attractions of County Radio is our eclectic music playlist. We’ll feature music from a wide range of styles and eras, for example: Adele to Billie Holiday, Bruce Cockburn to Broken Social Scene, Blackie & The Rodeo Kings to Hank Williams, B.B. King to Pat Metheny, and The County’s own Frere Brothers to Emily Fennell.

We’ll be streaming a creative music mix that may be similar to the eclectic playlists you’ve created in your own iTunes library, or on your iPod or iPhone.

Also keep in mind that we’ll be adding feature talk programs to our weekly schedule as well. For example, Home Grown, hosted by Karin Desveaux. Each week Karin will dig in and uncover the stories behind the farmers, chefs, winemakers and producers making up our local food and beverage landscape. And here’s the deal. Since we will not be cluttering up County Radio’s programming with annoying, repetitive 30 and 60-second commercials, we will be asking you, as a listener, to support us and contribute what you think County Radio is worth to you.
